With summer here, its time for those picnic plans and barbecues to spring into action! This sandwich can be made ahead or broken down for your guests to assemble themselves. Enjoy it with a pitcher of chilled lemonade to balance out all the wonderful spices!

- Prepared Chilli Chicken
- Prepared Naan
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 cup greek yogurt
Spread the yogurt on the naan, and layer with coriander and onions. Top it off with the chicken, fold over or roll and serve!
SUBSTITUTIONS AND TIPS
Use parsley instead of coriander for a milder flavour.
